I've been baking pretty much my whole life! In 2010, I took a cake decorating class and it opened a whole new world for me and provided the creative outlet I didn't know I needed. In 2018, I took a big step and became registered through the state of Minnesota's Cottage Law Producer's regulation. I began selling cakes to family and friends and, through mainly word of mouth and a small social media presence, I am consistently busy with exciting and fun cake orders.

As we've become busier and continue to add new flavors and cake options, it's become a family affair. My daughter Korrigan (who's nickname KoKo inspired the company name) is my fondant assistant and my boys (husband included!) help with everything from baking to packaging in the “paper factory” to design and decoration. We're excited to bring our kitchen and family to you!
